Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and that’s okay! At Thread Assemblie, we want you to feel great about every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the process simple and stress-free.

Return Policy

You may return items within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit, as long as they are:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • Proof of purchase such as an order # is required.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method (minus any shipping fees) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem! We're happy to help with an exchange for any eligible item. Just reach out to us to get started.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@threadassemblie.com to request a return or exchange. We’ll walk you through the process and provide a return label if needed.

You may also make returns in-person for free at our next pop-up event, if a future event has been scheduled. Check out our events calendar for date/location information. Dates & locations are subject to change. Contact us for more details. There is no guarantee that a pop-up event will be scheduled within the 90 day return window of your order.

Return Shipping

If you use our prepaid return label, a flat fee of $5.25 will be deducted from your refund.
Prefer to use your own shipping method? That’s totally fine—just be sure to contact us first to initiate the return.

Final Sale Items

All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Additional Information

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items

  • Thread Assemblie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit—please keep your return tracking number.

  • Any claims or issues regarding lost or stolen packages should be directed to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for any damage that occurs after delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
